In 1974, BISE Karachi was established by the Sindh Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education. The board aims to conduct, control, stimulate and enhance education at different levels. The board organizes exams for matric students in the Karachi region. Developed nations have given importance to education and hence they are flourishing at the map of world. The board is responsible to control and improve the standard of education in all its affiliated institutes and also engage the students in curricular and co-curricular activities. Karachi Board issues admission schedules about two or three months before the commencement of exams. Every year the board conducts the exams for matric and inters level students. A number of schools and colleges have got affiliation with Karachi Board. Students get education at these institutes and appear in exams through this board.
