SSC Part 1 and Part 2 Annual examination has both started from 08 April 2013 with a time difference. The First paper of 9th class is of Computer Science, and second is of Biology while 10th class First paper is of English and second is of Urdu. In the past year, 25352 candidates both regular and private appeared in annual examination of 2012 out of which 15,970 cleared their exams. According to the results 2012, Faryal Hameed got the first position and the second position will be taken by the student of Iqra Huffaz Boys Secondary School named Mohammad Saad Ayoubi and also the Mama Parsi Girls School student Kanza Kaiser took second position.
