Hiring mangers usually ask their candidates that why they want to work with them but really hirirng process is an opportunity for the employers to choose the best candidate. If employers want to attract top class talent then they must have to see it through the eyes of their candidates. It’s really important for employers to see what they have which their competitors and other companies do not have. Getting a job in Pakistan and jobs in Lahore is not easy but companies also have to think about as why anyone will be interested to work with them.
To take a start, you can ask your employees by conducting survey as what they like most about working with your company. By doing this you will be able to get an insight as what your employees think of their job as well as you will get the answer as how to attract some new potential people. Today’s market is much competitive, people want to work with best companies and companies also want to hire best of the best people for them. Companies also have to sell themselves to attract best people so now is the time you go beyond pay and benefits and have to confront what make your company different from others. You have to sell your culture so that people get motivated to work for you.
You have to show that you are unique as well as your organization. Company’s culture as well as your values should be cleared in your employee’s minds.
