Don’t be surprised if you don’t get an immediate response because there are very less chances that you will get an interview call. Don’t lose your hope and be confident that you will get a good job soon. Hiring managers are usually busy and they are actually hiring for multiple positions at the same time so it’s no big deal that you don’t get to listen from them. They may not inform you about your rejection. So if you don’t get any response after few weeks then it’s time to cut your losses and move on.
It’s also been seen that many candidates are too confident or I would say over confident that they think that they have done outstanding job at interview and there is no reason for being them rejected so they just stop searching for jobs in Pakistan and start living in their bubble. But it’s really important that you keep on searching until you have a signed contract. So keep looking until you have sure shot at the job.
Your resume needs to be tailored and customized according to each and every job position for which you are applying otherwise there will be no good for having a résumé as HR managers are not some fools who cannot see that how you are serious or I would say not serious about this job. Mention your skills and abilities according to the job for which you are going to apply as this would give your employer an idea as whey they should hire you.
People usually get upset or discouraged when they found out that their friends have got a job in so less time and they are still looking for it. You should never feel down and must concentrate on finding a job by sending your best resumes and preparing for interviews.
Last but not the least if you are searching for jobs in Pakistan they you should have an open mind and grab opportunities which come along your way. If you are not getting an ideal job in the first go don’t be discouraged and go for that job position even you think that you are too good for that.
