Free online courses in Pakistan

Through an integrated online platform that will unify all sorts of online courses from top of theuniversities around the world, Pakistan is all set to offer top-quality online education to Pakistani students, claimed by Dr. Prof Atta-ur-Rahman, former HEC chairman.
All these courses on the platform will come with a search capability (to search the desired course) and are supposed to be free.
Platform will offer best available free online courses like MIT open courseware, Coursera, Udacity, Khan Academy, VU Pakistan and courses from countless other universities around the world, is almost developed and will be launched by Hussain Ebrahim Jamal (HEJ) Institute of Chemistry within next two months.
3G services will further boost the number of over 30 million internet users in Pakistan.
These large number of free internet courses will play an important role for the education system of Pakistan in which lack of trained faculty is major hurdle in educating the masses.
According to Dr. Rahman, the great wealth of educational material from around the world on one single platform will be brought only by Pakistan.
