Shahbaz Sharif Citizen Call Feedback System for complaint in heath, Police, LDA, Revenue, WASA and LRMIS department. This is step of the Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif and this system totally aims to fight against the corruption and improve service delivery and facilitate all citizen of Punjab through a single SMS and Call. Feedback of citizens carry much importance to improve such departments which is now from on comes under the supervision of Shahbaz Sharif.
in this feedback system when any citizen goes to the Government offices like Health, Police, LDA, Revenue, WASA etc to avail any service than the office record of that person along with the transaction detail will passed on to local officers and also a call center through an online data entry form. Local citizen call some of the citizen randomly and call center will send an SMS to the citizen to know about any corruption or the quality of service received.
Mian Shahbaz Sharif has taken many step to improve the government offices service and this is one of them like why government wait till a citizen come an file any complaint about the service why not you should take it you to check and balance all the offices on daily basis through a well manner system.

Through this system institute will work properly and this will help in achieving target of good governance. He is there to see the progress on citizen feedback model and on that occasion there was Depty Speaker Punjab Assembly Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan, Chairman Punjab Information technology Board, Dr. Umer Saif, Sectary Information Mohyuddin Wani, Zubair Bhatti of World Bank, Senior Officers and experts were present.
