University of Health Sciences UHS issued MBBS and BDS Admission Schedule in Punjab Medical Colleges 2013 and Merit List date with the complete procedure information so if you want to be a doctor and want to take admission in the medical colleges of the Punjab then you have to response according to the given schedule listed here. The first merit list of the successful candidates will be uploaded to this page on 16th November, 2013. According to the officials all those students who have got more than 80% aggregated marks which includes Fsc Pre medical and MCAT entry test can take the admission form from 21st October till the 26th October, 2013. candidates can submit their admission form till 26th October as this is the last date and forms received after that date will not be entertained and after the last date the management will prepare merit list which will display on 16th November, 2013.

Eligibility criteria:
All those candidates who have appear in the UHS MCAT entry Test held on 22nd September, 2013 and according to the formula they have got 80% Aggregated marks are eligible to apply against the open merit and Reciprocal seats. All those candidates who’s aggregated marks is less than 80% are not allowed to apply against the medical or dental Seats.

Documents Require at the Time if Form Submission:
- Three (03) attested copies of SSC or equivalent certificate / result card.
- Three (03) attested copies of HSSC or equivalent certificate / result card.
- Three (03) attested copies of Domicile Certificate of the candidate.
- Three (03) attested copies of character certificate from the institution last attended.
- Three (03) attested copies of CNIC of Father/Guardian.
- Four (04) recent passport size colour photographs; one attested on the front and three
attested on the back.
